Week 8 NFL Report Card Grades For Every Team

There’s been an adage in the National Football League in which they say it’s hard to beat a team three times in a season.

By the way, that notion is factually inaccurate. And you may be hearing more about that come the postseason should an example arise.

The key word is “should.” As we have seen to date, it’s been tough to beat a team twice in 2012.

So far, there have been three divisional rematches this season, and the team that won the first game came up short in the second, the latest examples being the Jets losing to the Dolphins and the Cowboys falling to the Giants on Sunday.

Safe to say, it will make for some really interesting divisional races.

In any case, we’re back with this week’s grades. Please remember that they are based on a number of factors, not just wins and losses and numbers. And another reminder, they are marks for this week’s performance and not a team’s overall play this season.

And while the NFL is regarded as a quarterback-driven league, no team gets a pass in this forum…
