With the NFL Draft over and free agency winding down, here’s a look at who’s coming, going and who to watch for when it comes to the New York Giants in 2012.

2011 Finish: 9-7, first place in NFC East (defeated Falcons, 24-2, in NFC Wild Card Playoffs, defeated Packers, 37-20, in NFC Divisional Playoffs, defeated 49ers, 20-17 (OT), in NFC Championship Game, defeated Patriots, 21-17, in Super Bowl XLVI). Tom Coughlin’s team was 7-7 after 14 games and coming off a second defeat at the hands of the Redskins. But the Giants got hot (as was the case in 2007) and defeated New England in the Big Game for the second time in five seasons…

With the NFL Draft over and free agency winding down, here’s a look at who’s coming, going and who to watch for when it comes to the New England Patriots in 2012.

2011 Finish: 13-3, first place in AFC East (defeated Broncos, 45-10, in AFC Divisional Playoffs, defeated Ravens, 23-20, in AFC Championship Game, lost to Giants, 21-17, in Super Bowl XLVI). After a 5-1 start, Bill Belichick’s team was coming off back-to-back losses to the Steelers and Giants. 2012.
