It’s been a full seven days since the NFL free-agency process began for all 32 teams. Legal tampering started on March 7. Signings and trades became official at 4 p.m. ET two days later.

There’s a long time between now and the draft. So which clubs are headed in the right direction, and which teams seem to be headed in the wrong direction?
